MAIN ACHIEVED SOLUTIONS

• A new methodology to apply Lean Principles using I4.0 technologies integrating workers and machines in the process has been created and applied, as it is explained in the different deliverables.

• Additionally, and to facilitate the application of the methodology, new technological tools and solutions have been created, among others: specific apps to collect data from workers, specific methodologies for integration of data, specific tools for data integration based on workflows, A.I. based models carried out through Graph neural networks and Association Rules.
